3H AC's Tampa, Florida Location is looking for a Top Tier Commercial HVAC Sales Employee.
We have been in the Tampa area for over 30 years, with a loyal clientele, due to our Honest and Fair approach.
With our growth, we have discovered the need for a Commercial sales person. This is a newly created position that will most likely evolve based on the needs of the company and/or suggestions from the employee.
An Independent Salesperson to help us expand the Commercial side of our business is what we need now! We would like to target more Builders, Management Companies and other Commercial customers to grow that side of the business.
EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be independent and self-motivated
Must have extensive HVAC background, with mechanical knowledge (Commercial experience is a plus!)
Honesty and a Team player
Must speak English fluently
We currently have (3) divisions in Florida and we want to expand the commercial market for all of them.
Wages will be based on experience; a flat weekly salary, plus commission and mileage.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
Health and Dental after 60 days (Health is partially paid for by the company)
1 week vacation is earned during the first year, 2 weeks after 5 years and 3 weeks after 10 years
