Qualified candidates will be expected to:
Develop and manage bids/proposals throughout the sale cycle
Review project drawings and specifications
Effectively communicate estimating scopes & plans
Complete project estimates, budgets, proposals, take-offs, etc.
Create & manage pre-construction submittal packages
Work closely with team to manage the project to success
Requirements:
Preferred experience in commercial construction, construction estimation, reading plans/blueprints and specification, submittal preparation.
Previous roofing experience required.
Experience in Sales or Sales-related field.
Be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a valid Driver’s License.
We are not currently hiring residential insurance sales estimators at this time.
