Immediate opening for a sales driven Retail Store Manager.
Work hours have some flexibility but require a minimum of 40 hours worked per week including some evenings and weekends. This is a salaried position and there will be situations were over 40 hours are required.
Salary range $52,000 - 62,000 plus bonus and room for growth.
Requirements:
1. Management experience, good communication skills and compassion for others.
2. Must have experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, FB and Instagram.
3. Must have a good sense of humor, love what you do and be accountable.
Responsibilities to included but not limited to:
1. Staffing and Supervision, create weekly work schedule, conduct product knowledge and sales training.
2. Advertising and Marketing; print advertising, social media posts, website management.
3. Inventory Management; oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory controls and merchandising.
4. Process and track weekly accounts payable and payroll.
5. Vendor relations.
6. Property Management, oversee property maintenance and general repairs.
7. Community Relations
