Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Bi-Lingual Data Analyst for a direct placement with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities :
- Support Regional Issuer Services Operations Management team in tracking and reporting of key metrics.
- Prepare data analytics for tracking business performance including progress against initiatives
- Drive metrics to enable cross functional collaboration and participate in internal business forums
- Prepares trending reports using software tools such as Microsoft Excel for presentation to management team.
- Manage and co-ordinate regular ad hoc requests in terms of liaison with stakeholders, tracking and reporting of progress
- Identify data points that can help build new metrics to monitor our performance and provide new insights
- Help in simplify & automating the process of data collection
- Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
- Influence decisions through advice and counsel and applies professional judgment when making recommendations
- Drive best practices through an innovative and proactive approach to optimizing processes
- Project Management support of business risk and control oversight and other large global strategic initiatives
- Management reporting of business intelligence and other key Investments initiatives
- Data Collection and evaluation
- Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks
- Ability to manage team level processes.
- Work on holidays and at different time-zones to service the respective Latin American countries.
- Act as backup of other colleagues of the area.
- Provide support in any other activity that is assigned.
- Bachelor's/University degree.
- 5-8 years relevant experience
- Required skills include project management, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
- Project management and strategic analysis skills
- Fluent verbal, written, and presentations skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese (desirable) with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management.
- Ability to produce high quality work under rigid time constraints.
- People Management experience
- Well organized to implement and monitor change for multiple initiatives
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
