The Executive IT Support Analyst will serve as on-site for support of client computing hardware, client computing software and local area network services and will coordinate projects and requests for both base services and business project-related tasks for White Glove users. Responsibilities will include participating in assigned portions of the installation, configuration, testing, and problem resolution of related components. In addition, this person will be responsible for evaluating new software prior to introduction to the White Glove environment and provide support on projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide field support (network and technical services) for White Glove users.
  • Ensure compliance with global processes, standards and White Glove Support Framework.
  • Provide first and second level client computing support for software and hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot client hardware, software and peripheral devices.
  • Load software packages including application software or networking components.
  • Receive and prioritize issues following escalation procedures.
  • Document all issues via our MyServiceDesk incident management system including detailed descriptions of open issues being escalated to IT groups.
  • Escalate issues and concerns as appropriate and manage issues through resolution.
  • Document new and existing processes and "how to" guides to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to internal and external resources.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the MS-Windows environment or equvalent experience
  • 2+ years of supporting Executive teams
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and concepts.
  • Experience with Cisco and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to upgrade hardware, image Windows computers, and install client software packages
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience supporting WVD environment preferred
  • Medium to strong knowledge of networking concepts and associated technologies
  • Experience supporting iOS mobile devices
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, highly professional and results-oriented
  • Able to work flexible hours and be available for off-hours maintenance to critical systems as required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
