- Enter service tickets to update both required and "standard methodology" fields for each type of asset. Required fields are those specified by the Hardware and Software Life Cycle Management Policy. Best Practice fields are specified per Asset Type in TBD
- Enter service tickets to update status fields when assets are planned to have a lifecycle change (such as go-live or retirement)
- Produce reports for the Life Cycle Managers and Tech Management to highlight assets requiring maintenance
- Create LCM Policy Deviations for assets that will not be replaced before they go EOL/EOS.
- Where automated data feeds of asset EOL/EOS information is not available, the maintenance coordinator will conduct research via vendor contacts and websites. This role will submit manually identified EOL/EOS data to the CMDB via service tickets.
- Entry level position for a fast learner with good technical ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience or knowledge of applications, networks, and operating systems
- Detail oriented person able to manage multiple levels of detail
- Understanding of cloud architecture security constructs
