Terrific 6+ month contract opportunity in Tampa, Florida for a Regulatory Program Manager . Will participate in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives, collaborating with project stakeholders to build high quality (fit for purpose) solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, and whose focus will be on business analysis, root cause analysis, requirements definition and finalizing project scope, driving optimal solutions, project planning and execution including post-production validation to meet regulatory demands.
Responsibilities:- Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements.
- Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies to support project delivery. Including but not limited to Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
- Develop Program Governance Decks, Program Milestones, RAID log etc.
- Acting as a "translator" between the Business, Change and Operation & Technology Teams.
- Working with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements.
- Conduct data lineage analysis to determine root cause.
- Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements.
- Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
- Ensure System designs and solutions are as per company policies, and procedures and guidelines.
- Providing support during all stages of the projects' lifecycles.
- Communicate with colleagues to understand the needs of departments.
- Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project.
- Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers.
- Assisting the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing.
- Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
- 12+ years of total experience in Technology Program Delivery.
- 5+ years managing delivery of complex technology programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience driving projects involving Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong experience in delivering complex technology programs involving Regulatory issues and Compliance.
- Strongly prefer experience in private banking products such as Deposits, Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Capital Markets, and Trust.
- Knowledge in Program/Project Management (Requirement and Scope management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Planning, Stakeholder Management etc.).
- Strong experience using Program/Project management tools - MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Clear understanding of various SDLC methodologies.
- Experience working in a global, dynamic environment.
- Experience presenting program updates to Senior Management
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum.
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
- Prefer Certifications like PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI PBA, CBAP, CSM, or CSPO.
