Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a RPA Quality Control Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL . This position will be remote. Responsibilities :
- Develop automated testing for technical solutions at the direction of System Engineering for ingestion into a process automation platform
- Review and develop testing strategy bots developed by the team's work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build, test and deploy)
- Define technical specifications for testing/CI/CD from user requirements
- Follow a defined SDLC implementation methodology
- Take responsibility for assigned activities including work estimates, planning and quality control
- Establish and nurture partnership with cross-functional technology teams to ensure consistent solution delivery
- Work cohesively within diverse team structures
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) clearly articulate
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
- Automation Anywhere RPA
- A minimum of 5 years of software well rounded development experience with proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages; Python, SAS, VBScript
- A minimum of 2 years of software CI/CD/Testing experience (with RPA solutions is a plus)
- First hand understanding of the Agile SDLC, programming concepts, CI/CD and QC/automated testing
- Professional development experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA): Automation Anywhere (having also Appian or Xceptor is a huge plus).
- Professional development experience in CI/CD & QC tools/technologies (Jenkins a plus)
- Intermediate to expert level experience with at least one of the following programming language; SAS, Python, VBScript
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Background in machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks
- Structured thought leadership and execution to digest problem, provide an approach and utilize all resources wisely, driven towards the DGO group's desired outcome
- Highly motivated individual self-starter, able to work within the framework of a larger team and at the direction of a System Engineer to achieve program level goals
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, logic and reasoning skills
