IT Support Specialist position for Computer Doctors Retail store which provides in store, remote & some onsite repairs. Position comes with a base pay, based on skill & experience.

Basic Position Requirements:
Able to work Full Time between the hours M-F 9:30a-6p.
Uniformed Polo Provided & Casual Professional Attire
Driver's License & Reliable Transportation to and from work & service calls
Attention to detail, confidence & self-motivated.
Basic Required IT Knowledge or Achievements
Majoring in or have a college degree in the IT Field,
Or any of the Following: A+, Network+, or higher Certification.
Or have minimum 1-year experience for a reputable IT company.
Or have the equivalent knowledge, ability & experience required.
Will train eager qualified people.
Bonus Skills:
Fluent in Spanish

Primary Responsibilities:
Computer Break/Fix
Secondary Responsibilities for vertically minded:
Providing IT Services to clients in-store, on-site & remotely.
Providing excellent Customer service including follow ups & reminders
Monitoring, Maintaining, Repairing & Supporting Computers, printers, servers, network devices etc
Observing a Client's IT Needs, offering upgrades & Solutions.
Offering a solution for each of the Client's IT Needs.
Maintain the store side-work. etc
Additional information:
Computer Doctors have increased sales by 10-20% each year for the past 15 years while maintaining a small staff by increasing automation & efficiency. More importantly we have maintained & excellent reputation in the area & are often sought out by news stations for IT Consults for news stories.
Computer Doctors is willing to train & take on interns; however, an ideal person would be one who works hard and has a motivated attitude to succeed & at least the basic tech knowledge. Individuals who require training must also study in their off hours. Computer Doctors will pay for Certifications for select candidates.
