About the Work
You’ll handle general repairs, light plumbing and electrical, painting, patching, make-ready work, and the usual apartment odds and ends. Sometimes things pop up fast — leaks, lock issues, emergencies — and we need someone who can respond when needed and keep things moving.

$25/hr
Independent Contractor
Part-time to start, but hours will increase as our property portfolio grows. If you show up and do clean work, you’ll stay busy.
