Commercial GC firm seeking to hire a skilled tradesman and general labor/apprentice. For the skill tradesman position a min of 4 years experience with reference is required. Must have experience in commercial metal framing as well as traditional, flooring, trim, and drywall. Concrete experience is also a plus but not required. Must also be able to work under little management. A self started who is very organized and communicative is a perfect candidate. For the general labor/apprentice I am looking for someone who is willing to learn and has a basic skillset for demolition, cleaning and learning. Must be able to work well under others and have a working ability to use basic hand and power tools.
Transportation and your own tools are required. There is the opportunity to work out of town as we are licensed in other states. All out of town work room and board is paid as well as drive time.
This is a fulltime, drug/alcohol/nicotine free position.
Tradesman starts at 28/hr
General labor starts at 18/hr.
