We are looking for an Jr. tech who is not afraid to work. You will rotate on-call schedule.
Sometimes we will work late. If you have to be home by 5pm each day, then this position is not for you.
If you must constantly be on the phone or texting while on the jobsite, then please do not apply.
Tech must NOT be afraid of a hot attic or being on a ladder. Installation skills are a huge plus.
If you have limited technical skills but are mechanically inclined, we may still be able to use you.

None of our guys are sent home early due to no work.

Must have:
recent verifiable experience or recent graduate of trade schoolWe will check references
Must commit to possess all tools of the trade within 6 months.(vacuum pump, torches, leak detector etc).
Must be willing to do some home schooling on your own time. (I.e watch selected you tube videos)
You will learn more in 6 months than most techs learn in 6 years.
