We're looking for an experienced, passionate and professional Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager plans, organizes, and leads multiple client engagements, from project initiation thru project completion. This candidate should have expert knowledge of the practices, concepts, and procedures related to this role, and understands the methodology, tools, and governance in performing this role.

This candidate leads and directs the work of others, acts as a liaison between IT and the users, and typically reports to a Transformation Services Practice Manager. In this role you will assist the Insight DI sales team in building and maintaining valuable relationships with new and existing clients as well as supporting pre-sales conversations and statements of work.

Required Skills 4+ years' experience as a Program Manager. 8+ years in a role acting as a Project Manager. 6+ years IT experience. 4+ Agile Delivery Experience. Scope and requirements management experience. Document Repository experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Wiki, RUP Builder, HTML Web, etc. Program Management experience using multiple project management tools. Working methodology experience using Agile. Experience managing a team of 7+ resources acting as mentor/coach. Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and financial management. Experience with project risk and issue management. Proven leadership skills. Experience in Change Management, Software Configuration Management, and Quality Management. Effective communication between business units and IT. Successful track record of managing large projects (enterprise wide) across multiple industries. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience. PMP.

Requirements:

Experience working on medium to large sized projects
Experience problem solving and escalating issues
Full life cycle software application development (SDLC) understanding
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commitment to customer service

Desired Skills:

Understanding of User Acceptance and User Certification Testing
Consulting Project Management Experience
Agile Certification
