Kelly Services is now hiring for a Customer Solutions Representative located in Tarpon Springs. This is a temp to hire position paying $17 hourly.The Customer Solutions Representative reporting to the Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for taking inbound calls to answer patients question about their medical bills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in working in a team environment and has a strong customer service focus to effectively interact with patients, doctors, staff and management.Qualifications / Job Duties:Understanding of medical billing is required
Previous experience in a customer focused role is required
Solid understanding of medical insurance including deductibles, copay and coinsurance is required
Previous experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health insurance is required
Strong interpersonal skills required; diplomatic, patient, flexible, and able to multi-task
Must be mobile in an office setting; sitting, standing, walking, and bending
Perform general duties and other functions as required or assigned
