Skippers Tiki Bar & Grill 1930 Harbortown Drive Fort Pierce, Fl 34946 is a Brand New fast casual waterfront Tiki restaurant located at the base of the north bridge in Fort Pierce. We are inspired by the beauty and bounty of the Treasure Coast, with a mission to nourish and support our community with delicious food every day. Our entrees, salads, sandwiches sides, and sauces are prepared in-house from scratch, and we’re always looking for new ways to support our community of customers, partners, and employees.
About the Role
We are seeking Line Cook positions with at least 2 years of back of house operations.
Outstanding guest relations and a focus on a best-in-class dining experience

Qualifications
You must have 2+ years food and beverage position experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (quick service or fast casual restaurant experience preferred).
You have the proven ability to build, lead, and motivate.
You are passionate about high-quality customer service.
You collaborate with other team members to maintain a welcoming, fun, and safe work environment for all.
You obsess about the customer experience and take action to ensure every customer is satisfied.
