We are on the hunt for an experienced line cook to help grow a small bistro kitchen; lunch and dinner with a weekend brunch. Join our team and help prepare meals according to our standard recipes.
You will be responsible for reporting to the Kitchen Manager of the bistro for all recipe specifications and must be strong in burgers with creative presentation skills.
Organizational skills and positive leadership qualities required with the ability to maintain a clean, casual dining experience for the guests.
Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth. You have the potential to work your way up by helping us grow!
Responsibilities:
Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
Stock inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
Certificate in culinary arts or related field a plus.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time one
