POSITIONS: Golf Course Chef/Caterer part-time until season
JOB SUMMARY: Snack Bar - Small Scale Restaurant Chef / Caterer
1. Minimum two years cafe/restaurant cooking experience.
2. Ability to make sandwiches, hamburgers, salads daily.
3. Ability to cater small parties for 70 people or less.
4. Ability to operate cooking equipment. .
5. Able to adapt to a variety of duties and situations.
6. Able to function as a team member, often times requiring leadership abilities.
7. Be certified in sanitation (preferred).
8. Able to create menu and ethnic dishes, versed in multiple cuisines
9. Must have reliable transportation.
