Must have a car and be able to drive
Assist with daily living activities such as: preparing meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments and errands.
Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements.
Requirements:
Florida State CNA license or HHA certificate
Driver’s License
Level 2 Background Screening
Physical of Health Statement (stating “free of communicable diseases) no older than 6 months
CPR Card (American Heart, Red Cross or Health Safety Institute)
Infection Control Certificate
Domestic Violence Certificate
Alzheimer & Dementia Certificate (3 or more hours )
Assisting with Self-Medication Certificate
HIV-AIDS-OSHA Certificate
Professional Liability Insurance
