Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Schedule estimates and manage company calendar
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
Keep the office area clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Professional office experience a plus including:
o Multi-line phone system management
o Scheduling and calendar management
o Administrative duties
o Reception and customer service
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Professional appearance, demeanor, and reliability
