Job Description:
We are a busy couple seeking a reliable and efficient part-time Personal Assistant to help manage various tasks and errands a few hours a week. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with a range of responsibilities, from handling shopping tasks to assisting with pet care and home management.
Some responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Handle online shopping tasks, including placing orders and managing returns (e.g., Amazon).
Assist with animal care for a cat and a dog, such as scheduling and transporting pets to groomers and occasionally walking the dog.
Schedule and coordinate contractors and deliveries for home maintenance and improvement projects.
Assist with selling furniture and other household items, including posting ads and managing communications with buyers.
Run errands and complete miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Ideally the right person would be within 15-20 min commute to Singer Island.
