Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services, is seeking a Sr Solutions Architect to leverage their full-stack development skills and experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate a broad skill set between interpersonal and technical capabilities achieving sustainable quality products. They will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will evaluate, design, and lead implementation of full-stack cloud solutions in a hybrid cloud environment, building high availability for on and off premise cloud environments.

The candidate will work closely with software engineers in accomplishing the following:
  • Architect Cloud Solutions for hybrid environment cloud services.
  • Work with clients to design and lead implementation of full-stack solutions using software that fully integrates with customer's existing cloud infrastructure (data flow, security, and DevSecOps).
  • Provide complete Operational, System and Technical Architectural reviews.
  • Participate and collaborate in all meeting initiatives to account for mission requirements.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of technical risks and map out mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging cloud services, applications, and hardware as part of lifecycle maintenance.
  • Develop and organize cloud systems around appropriate enterprise frameworks, such as security, data, application, and business.
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines and 9 years relevant experience. Will also consider appropriate combination of educations and experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Cloud Service Provider certification(s) such as Amazon Web Services and Azure (Solutions Architect, Developer, Administration, Cloud Security)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, TypeScript - Full Stack web development experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and Application Administration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with small technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Migration of legacy systems to a cloud environment
  • DevSecOps service/system delivery model
  • Docker
  • Java Python
  • Elastic Github, Jira, Jenkins,
  • Experience working in Agile software development environment
  • Product Ownership and Management studies/certifications a plus.

Salary Range: $114,300 USD - $171,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
