Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking an Information Systems Technical Analyst to join our tools and orchestration team of qualified individuals. This role will be supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune within the Northrop Grumman enterprise network. This position can be performed as a virtual telecommuter.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Will work as member of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager operations team supporting both Configuration Manager and Intune for domestic and international environments.
  • Administration of Microsoft Intune and co-management workloads.
  • Troubleshooting of servers and workstations using remote tools in a large enterprise environment.
  • Interface with engineers, helpdesk support, project managers and customers as required. This shall include providing status on all non-recurring projects and infrastructure activities, ensuring that all formal processes and work instructions are followed appropriately, and that all customer requirements are met by all engineering designs and installations.
  • Write or contribute to standard operating procedures and other documents.
  • Occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support operational requirements is required. This is required for system maintenance, system outages, patching support and upgrades of Configuration Manager infrastructure.
  • Occasional travel may be required
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Master's degree. (Appropriate combination on experience and education will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
  • Proven experience with managing devices with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) current branch
  • Proven experience with modern management of devices utilizing Microsoft Intune
  • Thorough understanding of MECM / Intune architecture, design and implementation principles in large scale enterprise environments
  • Strong compute, storage and networking background with an emphasis on client/PC technologies
  • Strong systems administration experience with Windows operating systems
  • Strong MECM/Intune client troubleshooting and remediation skills
  • Knowledge of MECM boundary configurations supporting a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to work with customers, resolve issues, communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to develop and document processes and knowledge articles to cross-train available support staff
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Disaster recovery experience with Configuration Manager
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Azure / M365 experience
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • MECM / Intune Co-Management experience
  • OS Deployment using Windows Autopilot
  • Familiarity with Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)

Salary Range: $103,900 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
