If this sounds like you, please apply to start a conversation.POSITION SUMMARY:Candidate will be responsible for working with functional departments to implement/improve the use of Infor ERP LN for the purpose of solving business problems and assisting in achieving business goals. They will be the link between business unit operations and the IT department for business process improvement.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work directly with business representatives and act as a liaison between the business and the Information Technology (IT) team.
Evaluate current Infor ERP LN functionality and identify opportunities for software and/or business process enhancements.
Assist with the troubleshooting of system or process problems (tickets) to identify the root cause(s) and initiate appropriate corrective action.
Lead software and process enhancement discussions to ensure the selection and subsequent implementation of the best business solutions.
Take the lead in writing functional design specifications, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, training documentation, and business communications related to software enhancements or process changes.
Perform user acceptance testing.
4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
2+ years of experience leading workstreams or small teams
Experience in project implementations as a senior team member or team lead
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, end-user training
Ability to work independently, manage small projects or parts of large projects
Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to:
General Ledger (GL)
Fixed Asset Management (FA)
Willingness to mentor junior staff
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
