Robert Half is on the lookout for a tech-savvy individual with great management skills to take on the role of Network Administrator at a premiere company. To excel in this position, you should be a results-oriented problem solver who is passionate about establishing and sustaining a stable network infrastructure. You will ensure security, integrity and high-availability of enterprise systems and related components to develop, administer and maintain the network infrastructure to support the business. The software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems you will be working with are constantly changing. It will be crucial for you to stay current and fully informed through ongoing education. This long-term contract / temporary opportunity is for a Network Administrator who will work in the Weeki Wachee, Florida, area.Responsibilities- Administering control measures for LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam- Investigating and solving problems related to local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related issues- Managing the operation of all local area networks and services related to wide area networks, following company policies and procedures- Coordinating and executing upgrades to network software and hardware Requirements - Expertise in network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations- Highly capable of troubleshooting, analyzing and diagnosing issues- Understanding of production environments and being on-call- 1+ years experience related to the job- Deep understanding of Hardware Troubleshooting- Foundational knowledge in Diagnose Problems- Basic Network Troubleshooting experience required- Customer service experience Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
