Description UKG seeks a TM1 Developer/Analyst, responsible for partnering with Finance and internal business units to provide budget and forecasting solutions and enhancements based on TM1. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing financial planning solutions using IBM Planning Analytics to achieve project success, and for providing technical support to maintain the servers in good health.Qualified candidates have experience providing data driven solutions to complex business problems, as well as experience in technical design, application development, business intelligence reporting, and systems integration. This role is about understanding the needs of the business, the data behind it, and how to transform this information into technical solutions that enables decision-making. Team orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem solving, and self-motivation are needed for success.Responsibilities and Duties• Develop objects in IBM Cognos TM1 Planning Analytics, including cubes, rules, dimensions, MDX expressions, and turbo integrator processes.• Build complex TI process/chores, build complex rules, build web sheets (static and active forms), and TM1 contributor web applications.• Analyze data across data sources to support requirements, identify integration and security requirements and support building the data architecture for assigned projects.• Create and administer security at all levels, client-groups, cubes, dimensions, and processes.• Set-up interconnections to external interfaces including Mulesoft, Mail Servers, SFTP and web services.• Provide incident management support to users of TM1/Planning Analytics; analyze and resolve cross-functional data issues.• Work with business users to design and develop reports using PAX, PAW.• Create, improve and maintain technical design and administrative documentation related to application maintenance technical processes and procedures.• Advocate best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, test design, analysis, and validation.• Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of modifications into the production environment.

Qualifications • 3+ years of business intelligence reporting experience demonstrating knowledge in data analytics design and development.• 2+ years' experience developing and testing IBM Cognos TM1 including programming rules for TM1 Cube to Cube data flows, implementing dynamic cube to cube models with different dimensionalities.• Relevant corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning functions and related processes.• Strong hands-on knowledge of TM1 processes, writing complex rules & customizing workflows.• Experience with TM1 systems architecture including how to organize, manage and migrate TM1 objects through a multi-tiered landscape; and how to manage TM1 interfaces with external applications.• Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle building models that scale over time while balancing accuracy, flexibility and speed.• Experience monitoring TM1 activity and proactively identifying performance and/or locking issues.• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement.
