TITLE: Technical Program Manager Location: REMOTE Compensation Range : $65-75/hour
A Korn Ferry client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their distributed team. The ideal candidate for this role is an advocate for change. You must be comfortable rotating between Agile and Waterfall methodology and finding the approach right for the situation. This company is working to modernize their technology and change doesn't always come easy. Most of the team is located on the East Coast and those are the hours everyone is required to work.Responsibilities- Serve as Technical Program Manager & Scrum Master for multiple agile teams supporting CRM, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Financial Services applications
- Partner with Product owners & Stakeholders to conduct and facilitate all agile & program ceremonies including but not limited to PI Planning, backlog refinement sprint planning, demos etc.
- Facilitate estimation & planning, milestone attainment, and overall agile software delivery life cycle process management
- Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to ensure projects are fully defined, and assist in developing any supporting documentation needed
- Partner with Digital Product Owners to develop and maintain agile team health metrics dashboards to continuously identify improvement opportunities
- Support Technology Managers and Product Owners in establishing & documenting production release cycles for products/projects
- Partner with other Technical Program Managers and Product Owners to identify cross-team and functional/project dependencies and assist with project/product delivery planning and cost management
- Drive project and delivery processes to optimize speed to market of solutions
- Help Product Owner develop support processes and reporting to easily engage with key stakeholders
- Develop and manage large cross functional program plans to delivery programs on time and within budget
- Facilitate Executive level program status updates and meetings to ensure alignment & transparency
- A seasoned program manager with strong technical acumen and 5+ years of experience supporting agile teams responsible for delivering digital/e-commerce initiatives
- Proven experience as agile scrum master/technical program manager coordinating and steering successful delivery of medium and large-scale enterprise projects
- An experienced change agent helping to transform organizations to new ways of working
- Experience managing vendors & contractors
- An expert communicator & influencer
- Have a high standard for quality, takes ownership and drives accountability across the organization
- Extensive experience with various agile software development methodologies
- Hands on experience with JIRA, Miro, Azure Devops, confluence, SharePoint, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent training & experience.
- Certified Scrum Master & PMP/PMI Certification
