We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to add strength to the Customer Support team. In this position, you will make a difference in the lives of people who are obtaining medical insurance. As a member of the Customer Support team, you will serve as a Verification Representative. You will work and collaborate across departments to verify client credentials and assist with enrollment applications.
Provide service and support to our clients via phone and email, managing and documenting member interactions using CRM.
Support customer inquiries regarding insurance policy applications by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues.
As part of a team, You will analyze existing accounts, check for errors, anomalies, and otherwise monitor the overall data integrity of membership databases
Support members with desktop, Web, and mobile applications.
