Job Summary:
We are seeking fluent English and Spanish speaking along with detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Manage office communications, including answering phones and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with basic medical office tasks if required
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently
- Project coordination skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Accurate data entry skills
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
