Position Available: AT&T Solution Provider / Retention Department/Account Manager (Minimal Turnover)
Contacting “EXISTING” AT&T business customers / 50 Calls daily
Renewing existing AT&T business customers voice and internet accounts
Upgrade existing customers to New Equipment bundles. BIG
Customer Service & Appointment Setting (NO Selling - Just Telling :)
Hours – Monday to Friday (9-5)
BI-Weekly Pay as W-2
Compensation:
Guaranteed Hourly $12 to $18 per hour depending on experience
Commissions and bonus on top of the hourly (The average Joe earns $50k)

Responsibilities:
50 targeted calls per day to our "Existing" High Billing customers
Generate pricing quotes for business customers to renew or upgrade
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication skills (Must be well spoken!)
Computer knowledge a Must
Comfortable on the phone "Gift of the Gab"
Hours:
Full Time Only / 9:00am - 5:00pm / M – F (No Nights, No Weekends)
