Responsibilities
Sell and service a full range of personal auto insurance products.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets.
Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions, comments, and concerns with
professionalism.
Deliver outstanding customer service support, ensuring every interaction reflects Del
Toro’s standards of excellence.
Conduct outbound calls as needed to generate new business and maintain client
relationships.
Exercise sound judgment in customer service decisions to ensure client satisfaction and
retention.
Requirements
Active 220 Property & Casualty License (Required).
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Minimum of 1 year of experience selling and servicing personal auto insurance in the
Florida market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prioritize customer needs.
Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven work ethic.
