RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a Process Optimizer.
Responsibilities: In this role, the Process Optimizer will leverage lean six sigma tools to gather, analyze, and visualize data Identify and quantify inefficiencies in operations processes Determine the root cause of the inefficiency and build appropriate improvement plan The Process Optimizer will manage the implementation of the continuous improvement project Measure the impact of the improvements on the primary metric relative to target Report out to senior leadership As a Process Optimizer, you will mentor others on lean six sigma tools and protocolsREQUIREMENTS: Agile certification (SAFe) preferred Self-directed, analytical, and empathetic Able to complete their own analysis and effectively communicate their logic at every turn Able to discuss the financial impacts of their work to director-level employees and aboveExperience with: Green belt; Black belt (preferred) Project management Public-speaking Process mapping Hypothesis testing Value stream mapping Pareto charts Excel, Minitab, PowerBI, TableauThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
