5 years total experience in software engineering 2+ years of relevant experience on containers and serverless like platforms and total experience not less than 4 years as a hands-on developer/programmer with a background on Java based web, middleware and cloud environments. At least 1+ years with frontend technology (Angular / React)Hands on with MySQL

The candidate is also required to have real-world experience designing, developing and supporting distributed solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or similar platforms.

What they will do: • Design, build/code and maintain large scale high performing secure container based and other application solutions on-premises and public cloud AWS (or similar Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) platforms.• Act as an owner of the full SDLC lifecycle solution including Build, Release, Monitor and Run with a constant view toward improving scalability, stability and performance• Handle cross team performance issues from issue identification of root cause, determining solution and driving required actions to completion.• Demonstrate experience in logging and monitoring solutions such as Elastic Search/Kibana, AWS Cloud Watch/Cloud Metrics, App Dynamics and similar tools. Experience • Experience with various Kubernetes platforms (e.g. Open Shift, EKS, and similar) is mandatory• Experience with public cloud (e.g. at least one of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure and similar) is mandatory • Expert level knowledge of the Java programming language is mandatory• Expert level knowledge of common Spring frameworks and Spring Boot is mandatory • The ability to clearly communicate technical topics verbally and in written form is preferred• AWS (or similar) certified Architect or Developer is optional, but is preferred • Experience with Unix/Linux-OS as required by a typical Java programmer on Unix is mandatory
