Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Motivate, lead and train staff while providing a positive, productive and exciting environment to work in.
Maintain high standards in food quality, service, restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and guest satisfaction.
Manage OpenTable reservation system to maximize cover counts while ensuring that we are providing our guests with the highest standard of service and food quality.
Assist in managing social media marketing, cash management and light office tasks.
Lead staff in accordance with our objectives, culture and goals.
Focus on food, beverage and labor costs.
3+ years of experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant environment.
Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must show initiative and possess the skills to self-manage.
Assist with wine and spirits ordering, controls and inventory
Sommelier Certification a plus!
