RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the front of house manager you are the face of the brand. We are seeking hard-working, flexible, enthusiastic leaders to join our team and promote our culture of excellence! Like our back of house team members and supervisors, front of house managers are always busy; either selling & suggesting products to our customers, making salads & sauces, assisting customers, working the POS, or maintaining the cleanliness of the store. All while maintaining, store policy and procedures, guest experience, inventory, and more! You are setting the highest example of leadership on each and every shift you work.

Sets the pace for kitchen orders by managing, checking and closing out incoming delivery, takeout and dine in orders.

Maintaining quality control by checking every order that leaves the kitchen ensuring it coincides with what the customer ordered and is standard with our menu criteria. Supported by Expo / Assistant Manager.

Maintains inventory with the support of the head chef and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.

Ensures compliance with all food safety laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

Seasoned hospitality/restaurant managers with 1+ years of management experience.

College education is preferred, but not required.

Hard-working, enthusiastic leader with strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Passionate about food (specifically sushi) is a bonus.

Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) is preferred, but not required

Advanced typing/basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.

All while maintaining store policy and procedures, guest experience, inventory, and more. You are setting the highest example of leadership on every shift you work.
