Minimum 3 years restaurant Management experience in a large full service 150+ seat Restaurant and Bar. Knowlege of Italian Food helpfull. Food , Liquor and personnel management expierence a must. Restaurant POS Systems expierence a must. Must be an organized, multi tasker.
