General Labor/Maintenance Technician (Boca Raton)

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of residential and building repairs.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems, including faulty outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring.
Perform basic carpentry repairs, such as door installation, drywall patching, and trim work.
Conduct minor painting (ceiling, doors, walls, baseboards) and touch-up work.
Perform routine inspections of exterior building components, including windows, doors, and siding.
Qualification's
Technical Skills:
Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.
Problem-solving Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and meet deadlines.
Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written words.
Basic tools.
Spanish is a plus.
Physical Ability
Comfortable with manual labor, climbing ladders, working indoors, and outdoors on various residential properties.
Exposure to various weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds following appropriate safety procedures.
Full-time position
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Boca Raton area.
Reliable transportation to travel to and from the properties.
