I’m currently operating a psychedelic life coaching and therapy business, along with multiple other projects, so I keep a fairly busy schedule. I am looking for a smart, motivated, and capable personal assistant to take on a versatile role, wearing multiple hats, and managing a variety of responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:
Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok using reels, product photos, informationals, etc.
Plan and manage social media strategies, including ad campaigns, to grow engagement and brand awareness.
2. E-commerce Site Management:
Monitor and fulfill Shopify store orders, ensuring timely drop-off to shipping carriers.
Package products, label bottles, and manage inventory.
3. Personal Assistant & Administrative Support:
Handle tasks such as running errands, scheduling, hiring services (e.g., cleaners), walking my dog, etc.
Assist with occasional event planning and any other general or administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, and/or social media marketing is a huge plus.
Must have strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a creative problem-solving mindset are essential.
A clean background and driving record are required. Must have own vehicle.
Schedule and compensation:
Part-Time Position: 20-25 hours per week at $25/hour (+ bonus and commission potential based on performance).
Flexible Schedule: Choose your own hours, with some tasks requiring on-call availability.
