Law Office Intake Assistant

Busy law firm looking for an intake person who will be responsible for signing up new clients and gathering information and documents needed for our files. Person must possess the following qualities:

1. must be professional and nice;

2. must be comfortable talking on the phone with clients;

3. must be bilingual (Spanish/English);

4. must use proper written grammar;

5. must be able to work at the office;

6. must be very organized and hardworking.
