About Us

We are a professional and dynamic law firm seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the legal field, as you will gain exposure to law firm operations, client service, and administrative processes. Approximately 30 hours per week to start. Opportunity for growth within the position and the law firm's other positions.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

- Answer and direct phone calls, manage voicemail, and handle general inquiries

- Sort, receive, and distribute mail and deliveries

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Organize and file administrative documents

- Ensure clients receive documents promptly and accurately from the firm

- Support the billing department with invoices and related administrative tasks

- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Professional demeanor and reliability

- Prior office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
