- 6 total years' or more experience with desktop/laptop computer, operating systems, application software, related hardware peripherals
- 4 years' experience in application packaging/deployment, endpoint patching, OS image creation, configuration management
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Technical Support certification such as ITIL, Dell DCS-SA, Ivanti Administrator, MCSA/MCSE (server/system admin focus)
- +3 years' experience administrating endpoint systems for configuration, patching, packaging, OS creation, etc.
- Understanding of IP addressing, including DHCP, DNS, firewall ports, etc.
- Knowledge of advanced toolsets like PsExec, Sysinternals, PowerShell, Regedit, PSAppDeploy
- Experience with Active Directory, including Group Policy (creating/troubleshooting)
- Experience solving complex issues in Windows 10
- Customer Service, Team Collaboration and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask multiple requests and projects
- Adept at clerical/administrative routines surrounding technical work
- Documentation of tickets, procedures, troubleshooting
