Job Requirements - IT Field Technician

We are currently looking to fill an IT Field Technician for a long term project in the 561 area code. Light travel is required so reliable transportation is a must. Milage will be paid for miles traveled. Must pass Background/Drug screening. 2+years of IT or A+ required.

Job Requirements

- Available for weekend work.- 8-12hr days including paid overtime.- Ability to be flexible with start and end times. - Required to clear a federal/state background check.- Time and attendance are critical, proper communication and notice for tardiness, absenteeism required. - Attention to details is a must. 100% accuracy is required.

Job Description

- Provisioning of computer hardware equipment, wifi, mobile hot spots, mobile devices, laptops. - Testing of hardware and update software as necessary either via LAN or WIFI or Mobile Hotspot- Setup and deployment of equipment including prep, cabling, and power-on out of the box. - Troubleshoot hardware vs software issues using root cause analysis. - Provide technical support as needed (on-site support). - 2+ years of IT experience or A+ required.
