Position: Commission-Only Sales Representative

Heavy Yellow is a professional heavy hauling company specializing in transportation services for demolition, excavation, concrete removal, construction projects, plane parts, and heavy equipment rentals. We pride ourselves on reliable service, safety, and long-term relationships with our clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced commission-based sales professional to expand our client base across South Florida. The ideal candidate will already have contacts or sales experience in industries such as construction, demolition, or equipment rentals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new hauling contracts within target industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Track leads and sales using CRM software or spreadsheets
Follow up on leads, bids, and potential partnerships
Represent Heavy Yellow in a professional and trustworthy manner
Compensation: approximately $60K annually or more.
7%-10% commission on the total invoice amount for each new client secured
$500 bonus for every 5 new recurring clients brought in
Commission is paid once Heavy Yellow receives payment from the client
This is a 1099 independent contractor position (commission only, flexible schedule)
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, demolition, heavy equipment, or logistics
Ability to generate your own leads and bring existing contacts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliable transportation and self-motivated attitude
Territory: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
