We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You'll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and support as you learn to assist clients, provide quotes, and manage policies with care and confidence.
If you don't currently have a Florida CSR or Agent license, no problem. McMullin Insurance will sponsor you to obtain your license at no cost.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred).
A great attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
Strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn.
Well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and support provided).
Preferred:
Active 4-40 (Customer Representative) or 2-20 (General Lines) Insurance License preferred but not required.
