We are a well-established moving company in East Pompano (right off Atlantic & US1) under new management and fresh leadership. With 5+ years of success, we’re expanding and looking for proven moving sales representatives who can close TODAY and are hungry to earn big.
This isn’t for everyone. If you don’t have closing experience in the moving industry, this isn’t your ad. But if you’re a real closer, keep reading.
What We Offer:
Full-time, in-office only (no remote)
One of the best comp structures in the industry:
10K in binders = 35% commission
Weekly earning potential of $2K+ for strong closers
$4,000 minimum quota
Plenty of inbound calls (no endless cold calling)
We convert 25%+ of data (1 in every 6 inbound calls is a booked job )
5–6 day work week with consistent schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 12pm–8pm
Fri: 10am–5pm
Sat: 11am–4pm

What We’re Looking For:
MUST have prior moving sales experience (non-negotiable)
Proficiency with Granot CRM (or similar)
Strong closer with a high conversion percentage
Motivated, adaptable, money-driven professionals
Will train the right sales people if you have the talent and teachability
