We are a rapidly growing staffing agency specializing in construction, logistics, cleaning, moving, and general labor placements. We are looking for a Remote Business Development Associate to expand our client base, identify new opportunities, and help position us as a premier partner in the labor staffing industry.
What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients across construction, logistics, manufacturing, and general labor sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including project managers, site supervisors, HR teams, and business owners.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to understand workforce needs and trends.
Research industry developments and maintain awareness of staffing demands within construction and logistics.
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Represent the company professionally and articulate our value proposition clearly and confidently.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is required.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound sales, or business development.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills—comfortable talking to anyone.
Basic understanding of construction operations, labor needs, and logistics workflow is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
