We provide both the service and products business owners need to conduct day to day business. As a leading re-seller of Clover Products management software, we offer our clients an easy and affordable way to manage sales, track inventory, manage and promote their products, track their customer base, manage employees and all accounting needs necessary. We also offer our clients low and affordable rates for their businesses to accept credit card payments. We are looking for sales associates that can complete our sales process from start to beginning, and manage the accounts once the sales process is done
As an Inside sales Rep, you will:
Receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, follow up on emails, and conduct warm and cold calls offering credit processing solutions and Point of Sale systems.
Use effective sales techniques to acquire and finalize the sale of merchant processing solutions and Point of Sale systems.
Provide a full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms of merchant processing solutions to clients and prospective clients.
Maintain a good relationship with the company and current clients.
Skills and qualifications of a Merchant Services Specialist:
1-year customer service (preferred)
organized and detail orientated
competitive and growth-oriented
Strong phone presence
1-year outbound phone sales (preferred but not required).
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and self-directed
Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Salary: $31,200.00 - $97,650.00 per year
