Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience
Build strong relationships with repeat clients and fragrance enthusiasts
Educate clients on niche perfume houses, notes, origins, and fragrance profiles
Recommend scents based on client preferences and lifestyle
Achieve a weekly sales goal of 10 fragrance sales
Maintain boutique presentation and fragrance displays
Assist with inventory rotation, sampling presentation, and in-store events
Process sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism

Prior retail or sales experience required; luxury or boutique sales preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
