Fiserv has immediate openings for Sr. Customer Service Representatives at their Coral Springs, FL location. This position is currently remote during the pandemic and will transition to an in-office job no earlier than April 2021.

What does a successful Sr. Customer Service Rep do?
As a member of the team you will be a part of a diverse group that likes to work hard while having fun. Your communication and negotiation skills will help you to provide world class customer service experience to an endless variety of consumers. Our service delivery is built around small teams of 5-20 associates, and every contributor plays a vital role in our over-all success. In this role, you can look forward to:
Assisting Consumers in resolving failed transactions with their banking partner(s)
Resolving overdraft balances and fees.
Collecting unfunded electronic payments.
Engaging with your team members in a high energy environment to assist consumers in a timely, efficient and compliant manner.
Documentation of all interactions in the appropriate systems/databases.
Daily interaction with your leadership
Performance based incentives
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
High school graduate or equivalent
1+ years customer service call center experience
Must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience working with automated dialing processes.
2+ years collections experience
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
