Millwork company looking for a project manager for the millwork trade only we work with big developers like DR Horton and Lennar. (Single family homes and multi -family)
Quality control of work performance
Scheduling installers
Scheduling deliveries
Assist to zoom meetings or site meetings.
Coordinate schedules on site with GC project managers.
Work closely with the Facility Managers, GC, subcontractors, architect, engineer in tracking RFI’s and ensuring the appropriate flow of approvals and information in order to meet the project’s schedule.
Create all RFI’s, supplemental instructions and other contract documentation as required on behalf of the company’s interest.
Maintain a good working relationship with GC to a successful and timely delivery of the project.
Coordinated activities of subcontractors and company personnel to successfully construct numerous speculation and turnkey projects.
Scope of projects included door installation, Mouldings, commercial doors.
Enforced all OSHA and safety regulations.
