Innova Solutions is hiring for an MGA Operations Support Specialist on a 9 month plus contract for a client based in Alpharetta, GA. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days / week in the office and is more of an insurance focus rather than IT related. If interested, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.MGA Operations Support Specialist Reporting to the VP MGA Operations Leader and working in conjunction with various MGA underwriting teams, the individual will be responsible for assisting in the monthly processing of premium, claims and cash into MGA Feedstore, IRIS, UWS and Duck Creek.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review and assist with monthly premium, claims and cash processing for MGA• Assist with data exception cleanup• Handle cash calls/funding requests• Review ITD Claims detail reports• Review and approve system entries as needed• Complete reconciliations• Assist with month end reporting• Back up processing for BPO Team• Conduct other duties as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience• Minimum of three to five years insurance industry experience, MGA experience a plus• Duck Creek experience a plus• Prior experience with Business Process Outsourcing a plus.• Detail oriented (demonstrated attention to detail) and ability to analyze data• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOTHER DESIRED SKILLS:• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills• Team playerQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
